Ava August

Ava August, then 14, performed in front of an SOLD-OUT crowd of 30,000 spectators who gathered at Staples Center before the Los Angeles Kings hockey game. Ava August was recruited and invited to perform by Los Angeles Dodgers and L.A. Galaxy, professional soccer and baseball teams according to reports, but the epidemic of COVID-19 forced cancellations of those bookings. Ava August was the youngest performer and appearance in the 19th season of American Idol at 15 years old. Ava August was awarded the GOLDEN TICKER during the Audition Round. She then advanced into the Genre, Duet, Showstopper and Celebrity/Solo top 16 as well as Top 10 Rounds. Ava was chosen to be in the TOP 10 by the American people. Ava August sang two originals on American Idol - Neighbor Boy and Ghost of You. Ava performed a duet that is incredibly strong together with Josh Groban, an internationally-acclaimed musician. Ava August has also released Daybreak, a critically acclaimed song at the age of fifteen. The song was supported by Ava's first animated musical video. Daybreak featured on the Tropical Surf Hour on KX FM 93.5FM the morning of 11/01/20.
